Everything looks perfect.

Christmas tree in the corner of the room.

Niel's favorite cakes and wine.

TV shows they used to watch on Christmas Eve.

The heating they bought a year ago.

As well as prepared gift.

Hwan sat staring at everything in silence.

Only one is absent..

Niel.

Hwan remembers the details they usually do on Christmas Eve.

Everything starts by decorating a medium-sized imitation pine tree in the corner of the room. Usually there are always fights there, between who will put the star on the treetop.

Hwan always wins when arguing with Niel. That's obvious, because Niel loves Hwan.

Next thing they did was sit on the couch, watch Niel's favorite TV shows while eating Hwan's cakes and drinking wine.

Both of them hugged each other,

For Hwan, the heating was not as warm as Niel's touch and he preferred that guy more than the engine that was still burning in the room.

But Hwan must be satisfied with the machine at this time. Because there is no Niel there.

Another important event is the exchange gifts.

Hwan opened the gift box he prepared,

Hwan tried to remember

Ah, yes.. then they used to turn off all the lights, let the room be lit only by the Christmas tree.

Because it wasn't bright enough to be able to walk, Niel would open the refrigerator door and leave it open slightly.

Then they began to dance, around the room, with slow music in the middle of the holy night. Enjoy their time together.

Hwan isn’t good at dancing, but he will be very enthusiastic and make strange moves that make Niel always end up laughing.

Finally, Niel will kiss Hwan and hug him, whispering merry Christmas to the person he loves most..

Hwan exhaled slowly and put the gift box in its original place.

Let it be like this, imagining happy things has made Hwan feel enough.

TV sound makes him sleepy. The clock shows 11 o'clock at night. Hwan lay on the couch and fell asleep.

Like a rabbit that is sheltered in its nest during the winter, Hwan feels so comfortable and warm.

He opened his eyes slowly, adjusting his eyes to the light.

A hand hugged him.

"Hm? Did I wake you up?"

The low voice whispered in Hwan's ear. In reply, Hwan shook his head.

He replied to Niel's hug.

"You carry me to the room?"

"Of course. I can't let you sleep on the couch, honey"

A kiss landed on Hwan's forehead.

"Even though I told you no need to wait for me. You can get sick, Hwan"

"You know, you can't force me to do something"

Niel's laughter somehow made Hwan feel safe.

"Because you're awake, what if we do our habits every year?"

"I did it,"

"Really?!"

Hwan sat and laughed.

"Did you see that the Christmas tree had finished its own way?"

"Well ... no wonder because the shape.."

"Hey !!"

"Haha.. I'm sorry, I'm just joking Hwan,"

Niel sat down and looked at Hwan who still looked sleepy.

Surely Hwan is very tired of preparing himself because Niel has to work overtime in the office this year.

Niel kissed Hwan's lips and smiled.

"Do you want us to start eating your cakes or do you want us to start eating you?"

Hwan pushed Niel, his face flushed at his husband's words.

Niel laughed to see Hwan running out of the room. But suddenly Hwan's head appeared from behind the door,

"What if you do both at once?"
